All fully paid baking supply orders will go through product inspection, protective packing and carton sealing within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and official public holidays.
Once your baking tool parcel departs our warehouse, an automated shipping confirmation email carrying complete tracking information will be sent to your registered mailbox.
During big seasonal baking sales, flash discount campaigns and holiday shopping surges, the order processing cycle may extend to 3–5 business days due to sharply increased order volume. We appreciate your understanding during peak shopping periods.

Baking molds and heat-proof gloves are multi-size kitchen goods that take up extra packing space. Unexpected delivery delays may stem from carrier sorting backlogs, prolonged customs clearance inspections, rough transit handling or local regional transport restrictions outside our control.
3. Shipping Fees
All delivery expenses are automatically calculated on the checkout page, taking parcel volume, total weight of baking accessories and your selected delivery method into final pricing.
If Tranqus rolls out limited-time free shipping promotions, corresponding spending thresholds and activity rules will be clearly displayed on all product listing pages and homepage banners for easy reference.
4. Optional Shipping Protection (Powered by SEEL)
To fully safeguard your baking molds, heat-resistant gloves and pastry tools against loss, surface scratches or shape distortion during cross-border shipment, we provide optional SEEL transit protection available for selection upon checkout.
Coverage of Shipping Protection:
- Full financial compensation for parcels fully lost while in transit
- Full refund or brand-new replacement for deformed, scratched or damaged baking accessories caused by rough shipping handling
- Monetary reimbursement for packages confirmed stolen after successful delivery
If you opt to add shipping protection at checkout, you can submit all compensation claims directly through SEEL’s official claim portal using your unique Tranqus order number.
Important Policy Reminders:
- Shipping protection is a voluntary add-on service and not mandatory for any baking supply order.
- Shipments without purchased protection are only covered under the logistics carrier’s basic liability rules, which carry limited coverage for multi-piece kitchen baking sets.
- All claim eligibility reviews and final approval results are fully governed by SEEL’s official terms and conditions.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
All international baking accessory shipments may generate import tariffs, local consumption tax and customs clearance administrative fees set by destination customs authorities. All such extra charges shall be borne solely by the buyer.
Tranqus will not take responsibility for delivery delays caused by customs inspection, document verification or local kitchen goods import compliance checks.
6. Tracking Information
Unique tracking codes will be generated and sent out the moment your baking supply packages leave our warehouse. Kindly allow 24–48 hours for courier backend systems to complete data synchronization and display real-time shipment updates.
7. Incorrect Delivery Address Disclaimer
Customers hold full responsibility for submitting complete, accurate recipient addresses and valid contact information when placing baking tool orders.
If parcels are returned to our warehouse due to miswritten, incomplete or invalid shipping addresses, buyers must cover additional reshipping fees for secondary delivery arrangement.
8. Missing or Delayed Shipments
